ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATION
Upon arrival, each room receives an key card. Guests are required to hand in the cards upon leaving the hotel, and the hotel is entitled to a 10 BGN fine for lost or unreturned cards.
Check-in at hotel Dream starts from 14:00. The check-out must be no later than 12:00 . . Late check-ou is possible daily depending on availability. The hotel reserves the right to confirm late check-out options up to 24 hours prior.
If you wish to extend your stay, you may, under the following conditions:
From 12:00 to 16:00 – 50% of the room rate per night
From 12:00 to later than 16:00- full rate for one night.
In order to keep the air clean and the comfort of the guests in the rooms, in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation, Dream Hotel adheres to the policy of not smoking in all the inner parts of the hotel, including: guest rooms, public areas and corridors.
The designated smoking areas are distributed within the open area of the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to fine a guest the amount of 50BGN. in case of violation.
We expect all guests to behave in a pleasant and cultured way in order to make all other guests feel relaxed and satisfied.
Abusive and obscene behavior is not tolarated to hotel guests and can be a reason for prematurely vacating rooms and leaving the hotel without a refund. Dream Hotel has a zero-tolerance policy, in the case of arrogant behavior, against persons who are clearly intoxicated or inadequately under the influence of psychotronic and narcotic substances, thereby destroying or threatening the health of guests or staff, causing or threatening to violate public order; refuses or is unable to pay for consumed food, beverages or services.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
The hotel has its own parking which is free of charge for hotel guests.
The hotel is not responsible for any valuables and money left unlocked and out of the safes the use of which is not included in the price
(5BGN per day) , both in the rooms and in the common areas.
We offer room cleaning every day between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. If there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign by 15:00 the room will be cleaned the next day. If you need anything after 4:00 pm, please ask at the front desk.
LOST AND FOUND
Hotel Dream is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal intems. The reception is equipped with safes which are not included in the price- (5lv per day).
In case of missing items, the guest is obliged to contact the hotel in seven days with detailed description of the items and find out if they have been found. The hotel agrees to send the lost property at the expense of the owner.
For unreported and unrequested items within 30 (thirty) days, the hotel donates or discards them.
COMPLAINTS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGES
Any comments or complaints regarding the stay should be made at the reception or with the hotel manager so that the matter is resolved immediately.
The hotel bears and assumes responsibility for the guest during his stay at the hotel within the insurance included in the price of his accommodation.
The hotel reserves the right to fine a guest or guests who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage to the hotel or its furnishings. If such damage is detected after the guest has left, the hotel reserves the right to contact the guest and / or tour operator or other authorities for further assistance. No exceptions are made!
